Both AutoTag and the .NET Reporting engine require the J# 2.0 redistributable package from Microsoft. This must be installed after the .NET 2.0 install as it is an extension to .NET 2.0. This must be installed before installing AutoTag or the .NET reporting engine.
You must install version 2.0 - Second Edition, released May 2007. This is specific to the processor you are running on. If you are running on a 64-bit system, that install will include the 32-bit one inside it.
